Terms of Sale Last updated: 27 June 2026 These terms apply to any purchase made through clicMonde.com. clicMonde is run by David John Davies, based in Teignmouth, Devon, UK. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below. Products clicMonde sells framed prints of illustrations from Master Your Shadow: The Four Elements of an Authentically Aligned Life, and digital downloads of the same artwork. Framed prints are made to order by Gelato, a print-on-demand partner, and are not held in stock. Pricing and payment All prices shown are in GBP and include no VAT, as clicMonde is not VAT-registered. Payment is processed securely through Squarespace's payment system at the time of order. clicMonde does not see or store your card details. Shipping and delivery Because framed prints are made to order, please allow for production time in addition to shipping time. Estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout and may vary by destination. Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery destination and shown before you complete your order. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation. clicMonde isn't responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs once an order has left our fulfilment partner, but please get in touch if your order seems significantly overdue and we'll help chase it up. Returns and faulty items Because each framed print is made specifically for your order, we're not able to offer returns simply for change of mind. If your print arrives damaged, faulty, or significantly different from what you ordered, please email dave@clicmonde.com with a photo within 14 days of delivery, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. Digital downloads, once delivered, can't be returned or refunded, given the nature of the product. Digital Downloads — Licence Terms Where a product is supplied as a digital download, the purchase grants the buyer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the file as follows: 1. The buyer may print up to three (3) physical copies of the image for personal, non-commercial use, including as gifts. 2. The buyer may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, or make the digital file available to any third party in any form, whether for payment or free of charge. 3. The buyer may not use the image, or any print made from it, for commercial purposes, including but not limited to resale, public display for profit, merchandising, or promotional use, without separate written permission from the copyright holder. 4. Copyright in the image remains with the artist (David John Davies) at all times. This licence permits limited personal printing only and does not transfer ownership of the artwork or any intellectual property rights. 5. The buyer is responsible for the quality of any print made from the file. The file is supplied at a resolution intended for printing up to 18x24"; printing at larger sizes, or via lower-quality print services, may affect the final result. 6. Requests for commercial use, extended print rights, or licensing beyond the terms above should be sent to dave@clicmonde.com. Cancellations Because framed prints go into production quickly once ordered, cancellation requests can only be honoured if production hasn't yet started. Email dave@clicmonde.com as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. Book purchases Master Your Shadow is sold via Amazon, not directly through clicMonde.com. Any purchase of the book is subject to Amazon's own terms, returns process, and customer service, not clicMonde's. Changes to these terms These terms may be updated from time to time.
